Automobile Wheel Rim Strip Dual Seam Welding Machine For Welding Rim Two-side Overlap

6) 4 welding wheels of 320mm diameter are installed on the machine. Material is Be-Co-Cu.
7) The welding wheel grinding devices are installed separately on the upper and lower welding wheel

9)The main circuit breaker will be installed on the machine
10)Two set of MF Controller be installed on the front side of the machine . We will find a method to protect the controller or panel from being moisturized due to cooling water
11)The bearings will be designed on the both sides of the welding wheel

13)The distance between the rim strip and the floor is 865mm. The height of rim strip is also the center of upper welding wheel and lower welding wheel
14)The rim strip has enough power from heavy motor to move the upper welding wheel and lower welding wheel. So we design the upper welding wheel and lower welding wheel without motor.
15)We will self-design the distance between right welding wheel and left welding wheel
16) Upper and lower welding wheels have forward-backward and up-down adjustment
And we will design flexible contactor /strips on upper and lower welding wheel
