DESCRIPTION
The utility model relates to an electric heating pressure macromolecule diffusion welding machine. The electric heating pressure macromolecule diffusion welding machine comprises a hydraulic mechanism, an electric heating pressure mechanism and an electronic control system. The hydraulic mechanism comprises a hydraulic tank, and an oil tank, an oil pump and a hydraulic cylinder are arranged inside the hydraulic tank. The electric heating pressure mechanism comprises a support. The support comprises an upper fixing plate and a lower fixing plate. Parallel stand columns are vertically and fixedly arranged between the upper fixing plate and the lower fixing plate and are provided with movable plates in a sliding mode, the lower side of the upper fixing plate and the upper side of the movable plate are sequentially and respectively provided with an insulating plate, a lower cushion block, a heating copper plate, an upper cushion block and a pressing head, and cooling systems are arranged on the heating copper plates. The electronic control system comprises an electronic control cabinet which is provided with a control panel and a display panel. Medium frequency inverter DC resistance control system: Refer to the following picture, the three-phase AC current has been rectified into DC. Then convert into medium frequency 1000Hz square wave and connected into primary of welding transformer through inverter circuit which is composed of IGBT. After the rectification through welding transformer, the current become DC with small pulsation and being supplied to electrode for welding. The inverter will adjust the duty cycle rate of IGBT according to the feedback of primary and secondary welding current so as to achieve constant current during welding process.
