DESCRIPTION
Capacitor discharge spot welder uses capacitor to store energy and to release instantaneous current. In the meanwhile , It concentrates large current to pass through a small point ans then achieves welding effect.

APPLICATION
Be able to applied to cookware industries, welding of all kinds of cookware pan handle or ears.
FEATURE
1. Operating the welding machine via control box . Using the locating mould to fix the pot lid and handle onto the welding machine. Then start welding mould to join the pot lid and handle.
2. No water-cooling required for electrodes due to very short weld times. Cost of manufacturing electrodes is reduced.
3. Negligible blackening and distortion at weld joint. Excellent aesthetics. No mark on the other side of the weld.
4. No effect of normal voltage fluctuation on weld quality. Machine will not discharge (weld) unless capacitors are charged to the pre-set voltage.
