DESCRIPTION
This machine is designed as double-gun pattern which make it possible to weld two different positions of the work piece at the same time. Applicable to welding of damper of motorcycle and electric car.
This machine widely applied to weld shock absorber of motorcycle and electrocar.
FEATURE
Welding Power Source: Be able to choose the imported AC Pulse or DC from Japan Panasonic or single point welding power source of argon arc welding machine from famous brands of China.
Clamping Mechanism:Convenient feeding process, precise locating. Designed with Air claw locating pattern on the one side, with cylinder propulsion locating pattern on the other side.
Rotating Mechanism:Adopt coding stepping motor together with belt drive, finish machining reducing mechanism to form the clamping fixture and rotating device.
Cooling System: Adopt parallel embeded cooling system, forced water cooling in order to guarantee the high frequency and long time working of machine.
