DESCRIPTION
Wire Straightening and Cutting Machine is composed of wire feeding device, wire straightening device, cutting device , hydraulic driving device and control system ,etc. This machine adopts several sets of roller to straighten wire with the method of up-down press and left-right press, which can ensure nice wire surface and straightness. Its coder can automatically measure wire lengt , cut and drop wires. After loading material, the machine can achieve automatic operation. This machine has the functions like cutting length setting, production quantity setting, alarm system for breakdown, alarm to stop machine when wire is used out and so on. Operator can operate several machines simultaneously.

Working Principle
Hydraulic driving mechanism adopts gear drive to speed up so that the rollers can spin with high speed and the wire going through the rollers will be straightened. Hydraulic motor utilizes gear reducer to drive four transporting compression roller to pull wire forward and drive oil cylinder to make the cutter move up and down. When coder senses the preset cutting length, the program will control solenoid valve through PLC to drive cutter to cut the wire through oil cylinder.
