According to the product welding requirement, we design a double six-axis hanging robot with MIG welding to execute the welding
and adopt double side automatic rotary table with double workstations platform which is rotary 360°vertically.
The double workstations has cylinder or swift clamper to fix the tube and all the tubes can be fixed well together.
1.Welding Robot
HS-R6-08 robot is specially designed for welding field. It is a robot developed by our company for the worse working environment of customers. This product has a larger working area and stable structure, as well as axis 1 with full sealing structure, which can effectively prevent the damage of some welding slag to the robot wire
2. OTC MIG Welder Technical Parameters
Equipped with digital communication interface, it can be used with different robots and automatic special machines, and the current parameters of the welding machine can be controlled by the robot control system.
3.Double Side Positioner.
Adopt rotary double Side Positioner can achieve welding at one side and loading tube at the other side in available time and every workstation has servo motor to rotate 360°vertically to ensure welding different angle .The fixture adopts cylinder or fast clamp . The fixture can be replaced for different product.
4. Safety Guard
Adopt Aluminum alloy to build the safety guard. At loading area , we add protective light curtain to protect operator . If someone inside, the machine will not work
