The whole line machine is composed of several equipment to complete the production process. Firstly, the cage frame automatic welding machine welds steel bars into frame. Then the mesh unloading mechanical arm and mesh turnover structure will unload the meshes from the welding machine and turn it over. Afterwards, the frame bending machine will help to bend the frame into the correct shape. Followed by the locking machine, hole making and punching machine, complete the further processing of the frame. Finally, the automatic production line moving mechanical arm can transport the finished product to other production line. With these equipment, the complete line only requires the operatation of 2-3 person. Operator only need to do the material loading to the frame welding machine, and do unloading at the end of the line. Furthermore, customers can also opt for automatic base frame welding machine and automatic unloading mechanical arm for base frame.
