DESCRIPTION
HWASHI 160KVA DC Sink Seam Welding Machine is the evolution of spot welder. It uses the roller electrode to replace the cylindrical electrode of spot welding and as the welding work piece moves between the rolling plates, the seal welding will generate weld nuggets which will overlap with each other so as to achieve welding effect. Generally, AC pulse current or amplitude modulation current will be adopted, but three -phase medium frequency DC power is also available. Roll welding is widely applied to light gauge welding of sealed container of oil drum, can, heating radiator, airplane and fuel tank, rocket and missile.
HWASHI 160KVA DC Sink Seam Welding Machine is suitable for product within 1200x600mm. Welding thickness is ranging from 0.8-1.2mm.

FEATURE
1) Power Source 1: It can adopt 160KVA resistance welding special transformer energy as welding power supply. Output current is above 40000A when the duty cycle rate is 50%. Executed standard is GB/15578-2008, magnetic permeability of forced temperature control water cooling silicon steel sheet is above 1200GS, special water cooling and subprime loop, ensuring constant and powerful welding current, providing guarantee for high quality welding spot.
2) Welding Wheel Driving System: design to use three-phase motor with transimission device to drive the upper and lower wheel. The upper and lower welding wheel pressing device friction will drive the welding work piece to rotate. The rotating speed can be stepless adjusted via frequency converter.
3)Rotating Feeder: Adopt high-power electric motor as the driving force. The rotating speed is controlled by the speed cut press box and frequency transducer. Powerful capacity, easy and convenient adjustment.
4)¬ Welding Start: Adopt pedal start mode. Convenient operation.
