AC pulse spot welding machine utilizes the general mains supply to lower the voltage and increase the electric curent, Such kind of lowvoltage but large current will be transmitted from the electrode to the linked point of two work pieces. On the linkage, due tothe resistance of work piece, high temperature will occur so the metal wil therefore generate high heat to make the work piecesin molten condition. Thus, the purpose of welding the two work pieces is achieved.
Features of The AC Pulse Spot Welding Machine
Special design integration of pressurized cylinder which can ensure stability and mobility of pressurized and welding speed.
1.Multiple same ways forced water cooling system to ensure stability and reliability of long-term operation.
2.Pressurized electrode speed can be adjusted, slow down the impact to welding work piece when pressuring, also reduces the noise when welding.
3.Upper and lower electrode adopts supplementary stroke pressurized mode which can improve the operation of welding process.
4.Welding Control System: WD-KD5 Intelligent Microcomputer Controller. The AC pulse spot welder that we produce can be matched with many types of welding controllers.
5.Silicon Controlled: Adopt the SEMIKRON, IXYS Silicon controlled from West Germany or IR Silicon controlled from United States;
6.Pneumatic Control System: Adopt large displacement of magnetic valve and gas assembly, sufficient air supply; adopt the quick exhaust cylinder, quick response, good servo performance.
7.Welding Transformer: Adopt high purity silicon steel disc refined welding transformer; Good permeability and electrical conductivity; Less consumption of electricity; Be able to weld the metal plates like 8mm+8mm low-carbon steel.
