Hwashi Swinq Basewire Frame Welding Machine and Iron Wire Row Welding Machine are two high-performance welding equipment under the Hwashi brand, specially designed to meet the welding needs in various industrial productions.

Unique Design: This equipment is customized for welding rotating base wire meshes with pipe racks. It adopts a multi-head welding design, configured with ten welding electrodes and an automatic feeding system according to the wire mesh drawings, capable of welding two pieces of wire mesh at a time. It is equipped with a double-layer feeding system, the welding position can be set arbitrarily, and the feeder can move back and forth for welding, which is particularly suitable for mass production of wire meshes.

Efficient Performance: The effective welding length reaches 1400mm, and the effective welding width is 1000mm. The input voltage is 380V two-phase, the input current is 260A, the output voltage is AC 7.5V, and the maximum short-circuit current is 26000A. It has 5000 welding positions, 8 different welding currents to choose from, and the feeder moving speed ranges from 100mm/sec to 800mm/sec, powered by a servo motor, ensuring efficient and stable welding.
